Primal Chocolate Chip Cookies

I found this online HERE so I cannot take the credit!

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c. Almond Flour/ Almond Meal
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. 100% cocoa Bakers chocolate
Lots of Cinnamon 

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees (F). 
Grab a cookie sheet and some parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Combine 3 and 1/4 cups of almond flour with a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking soda.

In a large bowl, combine 2 eggs, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of coconut oil and 1/2 cup of honey.

Combine wet and dry ingredients then add 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips.

Spoon them onto your parchment and pop them in the oven. 

 Recipe makes about 24 cookies

Bake them for about 8-10 minutes (the tops will start to get golden brown). 
If they go longer than that the bottoms burn because of the sugar in the honey.

Primal Fudge


So I'm trying to stop eating sugar FOREVER! (Well at least for the most of my life). This will help with health and skin. Sugar actually makes you age faster and, well, give you acne. So while I still have a HUGE sweet tooth, i'll stick to primal/ sugar free stuff!

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup high quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Lots of cinnamon (optional)

I did one plain, one with walnuts, one with cranberries and one with extra almond butter swirled in to make like a "peanut" butter cup! :P



So the plain and walnut one are not full, forgot to wait to take the picture!
