Ingredients:
-Frozen spinach (Buy fresh, then freeze)
-Handful of Kale (clean and take off stem!)
-Handful of blackberries (purple!)
-Banana
-Coconut milk
-Ice
-Primal Fuel (or protein powder of choice, or nothing!)
**Try Rainbow Chard too
Blend it all together!
